Happy New Year

I cannot believe we are already two weeks into the New Year. Christmas seems like such a distant memory.  All the indulgence, alcohol and late nights have left their imprint on our faces and now we are all seeking ways to live a healthier way of life.

New Years resolutions and the gym is packed in the evenings after work and all the ads on the TV are about weight loss and diets.

Is your skin looking a little dull? Mine too! I have given myself 2 facials in the last week in an attempt to buff away all those dead skin cells and revive my complexion. They say nothing comes for free and that is true. In order to get the best from your skin you need to put in the work. That means adopting a complete skincare routine that involves a simple 4-step process.

Relax, Refresh and Recharge

Not only should you try to get sufficient sleep. It is important to do a little to relax and unwind. Weather it be a long soak in the bath with some relaxing oils, a blood pumping session in the gym or a delightful body massage its important to take time out to relax and get some me time.

We are already half way through the month there isn’t long to go until the temperatures rise and the days get a little lighter and we all get that spring in our steps.
