Q: I need to cancel what will happen?

We understand that life does not always go as planned. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a booking fee being requested to secure any future appointments.

Q: Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges will be added to your final bill if your therapist has had to pay any parking or toll charges. At the time of booking you will be asked if there are any parking restrictions or if a driveway or carpark available. Usually our clients will have parking vouchers for visitors. If this is not the case you will be asked to cover the cost of parking for the duration of your treatment.

Q: How do I pay for my service?

In addition to cash we also accept all major credit (excluding amex) or debit cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
